All of us at VICTA would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped to turn our lonely tree from this…

Tree before

… to this!

Christmas tree

There was so much creativity displayed in all of the children’s creations and our tree has really come to life. We hope you agree, a personal, hand-crafted tree is the most magical of all!

Here are just some of the entrants who all received one of our well-deserved treats:

The VICTA judges all voted and our winners were revealed!

Joint third place

The first of our joint third place decorations come from brothers Riley Elsey, age three and Ethan Elsey, age one. We though it was such a fantastic idea to use foot and hand prints to make something really pretty and personal. They really made us all smile!

Also in joint third were sisters Ellie Paddick, age 9 and Holly Paddick, age 6. Ellie created this wonderful gingerbread man and Holly the beautiful tree. Both decorations are full of character and really spread Christmas joy to our tree.

Second place

Well done to our runners up, brothers Ben York, age five and Thomas York, age eight who worked really hard on these fantastic decorations. Ben created the tree and Thomas the holly, we loved the detail, drawing and added textures.

First place

Congratulations to our winner, Kate Regan, age eight. Kate made this lovely ‘button Christmas tree’ decoration and we loved how she turned the simplest of objects into something really special. The size and shape of each button had been carefully chosen and we felt this was a wonderful idea other children could try at home.

Well done Kate, your decoration is now at pride of place on top of our tree!

We hope these decorations give you some inspiration for crafts to try as a family at home, it has been amazing to see so much creativity.

All that is left to say is have a magical Christmas from all the team at VICTA!
