Sounds like an amazing opportunity, have been wanting to train as a chef and to be shown behind the scenes makes it a even better prize.

A West End show would go very well with a Michelin Star banquet!

My ideal VICTA trip would be a cruise (likely European to test it as it would be easier to organise and less costly for the charity and participants so hopefully ensuring a good number of applications). I feel this trip would have a range of advantages for both VICTA and participants:
    • The ship would likely be fairly easy to navigate, both for small groups and people walking round alone making it fairly simple for participants and lessening the burden on VICTA staff and volunteers.
    • Having the ability to visit a wide range of cities/countries in a short period of time (particularly in the Mediterranean or down the Rhine) which, in my opinion, would be a good selling point for the trip.
    • The trip would, I believe, be time-efficient to organise.
    • Possibly all/some food/drink could be included, making the experience cost-effective for participants.
    • A variety of activities are usually on offer on the ship, which would likely suit a wide range of interests and preferences.
