Date: 11 to 16 May 2018 Venue: Rome, Italy (Accommodation TBC) Age: 18 to 29 years Cost: £375 Closing Date: 13 February 2018
VICTA is hosting a cultural city break to Italy’s fascinating capital, Rome. The city boasts famous architecture, ancient ruins and sites of outstanding historical interest, all within a bustling, metropolitan centre.
The trip is being organised by Seable Holidays who, with an in-depth knowledge of the city and its historical wonders, are creating a wonderful tailor-made itinerary for our group to enjoy.
We will meet at Luton Airport on Friday 11 May 2018 before flying to Rome early Friday evening.
Once settled into our accommodation we will spend the next few days exploring the sites with a walking tour of Rome and visits to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We will also enjoy a tour of the world famous Vatican City and spectacular Saint Peter’s Basilica. No trip to Italy would be complete without experiencing the mouth-watering cuisine and we will sample all the Roman delights with an authentic Italian food tour and trip to the farmers market.
There will be some free-time away from our busy itinerary allowing our group to explore museums, galleries and the city’s shops at their leisure. Our accommodation is yet to be confirmed but will be located in central Rome, with rooms based on two people sharing a twin room with breakfast included.
If you would like to apply to join us on this exciting cultural excursion and experience Roman history first-hand, please complete the application form below before 13 February 2018.
