Get a taste of the outdoors with VICTA
Whether you’re a first-time camper, or experienced expeditioner, come and join VICTA and other 10 to 13 year olds as we spend a night under the stars at a beautiful campsite location.
Based in Bedfordshire, at a local Scout campsite, you’ll get to take part in an overnight camping experience to help build confidence, resilience and team working skills. While there, we’ll try to hit the bullseye on their onsite archery range, explore the local countryside, cook our own meals on camping stoves and get to grips with pitching and breaking camp.
This is a perfect opportunity for those aged between 10 and 13 who have an interest in the outdoors, would like to try something new or develop their existing skills further. This is also a fantastic opportunity for those who are thinking of undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award when they turn 14, to have a taster of what the expedition section holds.
