Choose your challenge…
Thank you for becoming a valued member of this partnership!

As part of your induction you can become a Challenge Champion and support the Suez Corporate Challenge Team to reach their goals. Choose a challenge and share it with your colleagues. We have some suggestions for you below to help get you started.
Host a bake sale

Top Tips – Advertise before so colleagues remember their pennies. make bakes that can be sold individually rather than one large item. Make your cakes stand out with a VICTA rainbow theme. Bake brownie boxes that can be created to order and delivered to friends! Organise a bake off with a small prize up-for-grabs and see off the cakes entered into the competition to raise funds!

Exercise-athon

You could host a spin-athons, dance-athons, aerobics classes or bring in the treadmill! Get supporters to donate for each minute of running and ask them to sign up for predetermined time slots. You could turn it into a competition between teams by getting donors to sign up in groups. Assign them each a different treadmill and have small prizes for whoever goes for the longest (or the furthest!).
Name the bear

- Print out the VICTA ‘Guess the Bear’s Name’ template
- Choose the winning bear’s name in advance – write the winning name on a piece of paper and place it in a sealed envelope
- Sell names at £2 each (or an amount of your choice) to your colleagues / friends
- Once all the names have been purchased, organise the opening of the envelope and the name reveal
- The person who has picked the winning name wins the bear
Office quiz night

Sociable and fun with a touch of friendly competition. Set a free for teams to take part and see if you can get a prize donated! Make more funds on the night by selling food and drink or hosting a raffle. Have different themed rounds – maybe even a Highfield themed round!
Crazy glasses day

Encourage your colleagues to wear crazy glasses – either bought or homemade from our template. You could combine this with a charity breakfast. See if you can get a prize donated for the most outrageous glasses, or for a raffle to raise extra funds.
Blindfold run

The run can be two laps around your local park or open space near the office in pairs wearing goggles or blindfolds. Keep your participants together by tethering them to a partner. After the first lap you can ask the runners to swap with their partners. Let them know that if they find the goggles too difficult, then they can run without them and just have fun. You can ask for a donation of £10 per person. Give them an opportunity to experience a challenging run that they might never have the opportunity to try again! Why not provide runners with a medal at the end?
