Navigating the Early Years for Families with a Blind or Partially Sighted Child
Join VICTA and the Royal Society for Blind Children for a day filled with chat, information and activities for families with an early years child (0-5) who is blind or partially sighted.
RSBC and VICTA’s friendly and welcoming teams will be there to welcome you for the day, with a range of experts on hand to answer questions and share their knowledge with you on all things early years. From advice on early years play to demonstrations of the latest technology and much more, we have a full day planned for you and your family, and of course it’s a great chance to meet other children and families too!
Lunch and refreshments will be provided and there will be time to relax and enjoy the day.
There will also be a separate room available if you need to take a break from the workshops with your child at any point, and you are welcome to bring toys from home.
If you have any questions about the event, please contact Harriet, RSBC’s Family Activity Coordinator, at [email protected]. Or if travel costs create any challenges for you, please do get in touch with RSBC quoting this event, as they may be able to offer some support.
We look forward to welcoming you and your family!
