Ready, set, go and apply for the VICTA Sport Family Weekend 2026!
We need your support to inspire children with a vision impairment to start their journey into sport and physical activity. This weekend is perfect for those children just looking to find something new and enjoyable to keep active as well as those more competitive individuals wanting to challenge themselves. Your role will be to support your group to have a fun-filled weekend trying new sports and making friends.
At previous VICTA Sport Family Weekends we have invited national governing bodies such as the FA, British Cycling, Goalball UK, Blind Cricket England & Wales and the British Baseball Federation to come and deliver taster sessions and talks across the four days. We will also have VI athletes from a variety of different sports present to join sessions and answer questions.
Hosted in the picturesque surrounds of PGL Caythorpe Court, the ensuite accommodation will ensure you have an enjoyable stay meeting lots of new and familiar families. Please note that volunteers may be expected to share accommodation with other VICTA volunteers.
