VICTA is delighted to work alongside MÓTUS Dance for a creative arts, dance and movement workshop.
MÓTUS Dance presents Autin Dance Theatre’s Out of the Deep Blue, a moving tale about our Earth’s climate emergency told through dance, movement and masterful puppeteering, featuring Eko, a 13-foot-tall sea giant puppet.
Join us for an inclusive puppetry and movement workshop on Thursday 23 October. During this workshop, professional artists from Autin Dance Theatre along with access consultants will guide participants through movement and puppet making, using touch to help puppets come to life.
There will be two workshops taking place on Thursday 23 October:
Over 21s: 2 to 4pm
21 and under: 5 to 7pm
You are then also invited to watch Out of the Deep Blue at MÓTUS’ dance festival in Middleton Hall on Sunday 26 October at 2pm, along with a touch tour and the chance to meet the artists – all for free! The performance is audio described.
