VICTA Trustee Gurvinder Kaur, a solicitor specialising in SEN Law, will be delivering parent information sessions on EHCPs at the end of October.

This is a rare opportunity to have your questions answered by a legal professional in this field.

Gurvinder will not be able to answer questions relating to personal cases, however she will be able to tackle broader, general topic based on your questions submitted on the application form. There will be two virtual sessions to choose from: Under 16 and 16 & Over.

Please note – this is a free workshop; however places will be limited.

Supporting documentation If your child is registered, please include a copy of one of the following registration documents: - Certificate of Vision Impairment (CVI) - Blind Registration Card issued by local authority If your child is not registered, please provide: - a letter from an ophthalmologist confirming visual acuity. Please note, applications cannot be processed without these documents.
