Join VICTA online as we take on mini-challenges and competitions to test your wile, wit and wisdom, and try to impress the almighty Taskmaster!

Inspired by the Channel 4 hit show, the Leadership Skills Foundation has developed a Young Leaders programme of fun, interactive activities and challenges, designed to develop important life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, communication and resilience. The skills required to become great leaders!

As part of the programme, participants will build their confidence and lead and organise small games and activities. All participants will finish the programme having achieved a Young Leaders certification from the Leadership Skills Foundation.

Delivered on Microsoft Teams, participants will meet online for approximately 1.5 hours every two weeks at the following dates and times:

  • Friday 9 October, 5-6pm
  • Friday 23 October, 5-6pm
  • Friday 13 November, 5-6pm

In order to complete the Young Leaders programme, participants are required to attend each session.

Unacceptable behaviour including intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions will not be tolerated during any portion of a VICTA meeting or event.
Consequences of misconduct online may include:
• immediate removal from the event without warning
• restrictions from future events hosted by VICTA.
