This summer, enjoy a free day out at the Palmer Park Stadium and have a go at cycling on tandem bikes at the outdoor velodrome. With the support of Newbury Velo’s experienced tandem pilots, you’ll experience the joy of cycling in a fun and supportive environment and meet new friends at the same time.

Cycling is a great way to keep active and using a tandem bike means it’s a great activity to take part in with parents, siblings and friends. By cycling with a pilot, it also helps develop your communication skills.

Paralympian James Ball (gold medalist, Paris 2024) joined us at our last cycling taster event in October 2024.
