Enhance your personal development and equip yourself with the tools to become an effective leader by earning a Level 1 Qualification in Sports Leadership at the VICTA Sport Leadership Camp.
Over the course of a 4-night residential at the Royal National College for the Blind, you will take part in a blend of theory and practical experiences that will support your development of the key components of leadership. You will plan, lead and review sports activities and create an action plan for developing your future leadership skills. Finally, to complete the qualification, you will then be required to demonstrate an hour of leadership in your community.
