Calling all VICTA volunteers!
VICTA has teamed up with the Leadership Skills Foundation to deliver their Environmental Leadership Programme. Developed by the LSF alongside WWF and RSPB, the programme supports young adults to develop the skills they need to make positive change in the natural world.
As part of the programme, we will be running two residentials, which are designed to bring the project to life.
For the first residential, we will be meeting in Milton Keynes and visiting the Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum, which the participants will be focusing their project on. As well as visiting the museum, we will be going through some of the participants’ coursework and enjoying some downtime where we will go out for dinner and bowling.
Your role will be to support participants throughout the residential, and to encourage positive social interactions among the group.
Please be aware that volunteers should expect to share a twin room with either volunteers or staff depending on numbers.
