Challenge time…

Melt an ice cube as quickly as possible

Ice cube plus whatever you choose to help you melt the ice cube. Does something help melt the ice cube quicker than something else? Why?

Timings, solids/liquids, heating/melting

Time how long it takes you to melt 1 ice cube. Now try and melt 10 ice cubes using the same method. Does it take 10x as long? If not, why not?
