How do I leave a legacy to VICTA in my will?

It is actually much easier than you would think; you simply need to state in your will that you wish to do so. This is extra easy if you are writing your first will. If you want to leave us a gift, but have already made a will, it's not a problem, there are 2 ways you can change it:

1. A new will

The easiest way, is to write a new one. When a new will is written, it supersedes all previous wills.

Alternatively you can make a Codicil.

2. Codicils

A codicil is a document used to change a previously existing will. We recommend that if you want to use one you consult a Will writing professional.
