You may be wondering how to get your office or workplace involved in your fundraising for VICTA. Highfield Group in Doncaster are VICTA’s corporate supporters and never fail to surprise us with the brilliant ideas they come up with to get their team involved and raising funds for VICTA. Ellie Cowin from the Highfield team shares with us some of the ways they’ve been supporting VICTA in and around the office in 2022.

The Highfield Team have kicked off 2022 with lots of exciting fundraising activities for VICTA. We have a large number of newly interested volunteers who have begun signing up to attend VICTA events throughout the year. This is an exciting time for our new volunteers and they are eager to get started on VICTA’s fantastic activities! It’s great to see so many people giving their time and energy to support young people with visual impairments.

Highfield’s fundraising activities are vast. These currently include tuck shops across our offices, monthly dress down days, raffles, a recent charity football match with our staff (Highfield Hotspurs vs VICTA United), and most recently a walking challenge taking place throughout the month of May which will be concluded with a big group walk for staff, friends and families!

Highfield’s original goal was to raise £100K for VICTA by 2025 and we are so close to reaching that a lot sooner than we had hoped. We have currently raised just over £98,400!
